You will responsible for preparing meals according to Chipotle’s recipes and standards. This role demands precision and speed in cooking and assembling dishes while maintaining kitchen safety and cleanliness.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Back of House Team Member:

• Put together the necessary cooking items by washing, cutting, marinating, and grilling them according to the recipe.
• Cook and assemble dishes within set time frames, ensuring each order is executed consistently and according to standards.
• Efficiently use a range of kitchen appliances while prioritizing safety.
• Uphold sanitation practices in every food preparation and cooking area.
• - Continuously monitor inventory levels and inform the kitchen manager of any necessary actions.
• Partner with team members to upgrade food quality and service standards.

Qualifications and Experience of Back of House Team Member:

• Tested knowledge as a cook in a fast-paced atmosphere; experience in fast casual or dining establishments is advantageous.
• Being well-versed in the health and safety guidelines for kitchens is essential for fostering a safe cooking environment.
• Adeptness in the manual operation of kitchen utensils and cutting tools for culinary tasks.
• A proactive team player who communicates effectively with others.
• Coping with adversity while holding onto a positive attitude illustrates a person's patience.
• Meeting the criteria of having a high school diploma or its equivalent is crucial, and holding a diploma from a culinary school can be advantageous.
