Bussers are essential team members who uphold the cleanliness, tidiness, and readiness of dining spaces for guests. Their role is indispensable in preserving the smooth functioning and hygiene standards of the restaurant.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Restaurant Support Staff:

• Make sure to promptly clear tables after guests leave, picking up all dishes, utensils, and glassware left on the table.
• Wipe clean the tables and chairs, then set them up for upcoming patrons with the right tableware and condiments.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area by regularly sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning service stations to promote hygiene.
• Contribute to the cleanliness of restrooms and condiment stations as part of your duties.
• Collaborate with other team members in restocking dining tools, napkins, and other necessary supplies.
• Support with the beginning and ending of cleaning tasks and facility setup requirements.

Qualifications and Experience of Restaurant Support Staff:

• Prior experience is not a requirement; training will be supplied as needed.
• Showcasing the ability to work at a rapid pace with efficiency and a high level of enthusiasm.
• Impressive attention to detail alongside excellent organizational proficiency.
• Aptitude for participating cooperatively within a team environment.
