Job Duties and Responsibilities of Restaurant Team Member:

• Prepare and cook food items by hand using fresh ingredients, following Chipotle’s high standards of food safety and quality.
• Provide outstanding customer service to create a welcoming and friendly restaurant atmosphere.
• Work at multiple stations such as grill, prep, salsa, cashier, and expo as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including food prep areas and dining spaces.
• Follow company procedures for safety, sanitation, and food handling at all times.
• Engage with customers and team members to support a positive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications and Experience of Restaurant Team Member:

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude and passion for helping others.
• Willingness to learn new skills, including how to cook and operate restaurant stations.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly in the primary language(s) used in the work location.
• No prior restaurant experience required training is provided.
