Job Duties and Responsibilities of Restaurant Dishwasher:
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes and cookware by operating dishwashers effectively.
- Opt for hand washing particular items, for example, wooden tools and oversized pots.
- Ensure that the area surrounding the dishwasher is neat and free of debris.
- Check the performance of cleaning equipment and dishwashers to validate their efficiency and report any operational issues.
- Provide support in preparing food as requested.
- Keep clean dishes organized by storing them in the correct areas.
Qualifications and Experience of Restaurant Dishwasher:
- Experience is not required beforehand; training will be provided while working.
- Ability to withstand prolonged standing and operate large equipment.
- Being conscientious and showing a preference for meticulousness and neatness.
- Ability to liaise and work together with other kitchen employees.
