Job Duties and Responsibilities of Waiter's Assistant:

• After guests have finished their meal, ensure that tables are cleared immediately by picking up all dishes, silverware, and glass items.
• Ensure tables and chairs are sanitized and prepared for the next guests, including setting them with the correct table settings and accompaniments.
• Ensure that the dining area remains clean through activities like sweeping, mopping the floors, and disinfecting service counters.
• Help keep the restrooms and condiment counters tidy and organized.
• Offer assistance to other team members by restocking dining utensils, napkins, and other necessary supplies.
• Support for initiating and finalizing cleaning assignments and arrangements necessities.
