Job Summary of Culinary Associate:

You will responsible for preparing meals according to Chipotle’s recipes and standards. This role demands precision and speed in cooking and assembling dishes while maintaining kitchen safety and cleanliness.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Culinary Associate:

• Organize the ingredients required for the recipe by washing, slicing, flavoring, and cooking them.
• Cook and assemble dishes within set time frames, ensuring each order is executed consistently and according to standards.
• Properly handle and utilize a range of kitchen tools.
• Maintain sanitation standards in every area where food is prepared and cooked.
• - Monitor inventory levels regularly and relay any requirements to the manager in charge of the kitchen.
• Enhance food quality and service standards in partnership with the team.

Qualifications and Experience of Culinary Associate:

• Established track record in cooking within a rapid environment; previous experience in a fast casual or restaurant setting is beneficial.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the kitchen is crucial to ensuring wellbeing while working with food.
• Skillful handling of knives and kitchen tools to manipulate ingredients and prepare dishes.
• An effective team member who excels in interpersonal communication.
• Those who remain composed under stress display a remarkable ability to stay patient.
• A high school diploma or a similar qualification is necessary, with a culinary school diploma being a positive asset.
